Avon Maitland schools hosted a delegation of 34 educators from the Netherlands. A small group came with Kees deZeeuw​, their coordinator in 2016 and he has returned to AMDSB for ​a second visit with a new group interested in learning about our approach to inclusive education.

FunTECH Returns

The workshops exposed children to various areas of technology and taught them how to use a variety of tools and equipment. Workshops this year included woodworking, manufacturing, welding, robotics, sewing, culinary arts and cosmetology.
